We use Lemonaid Motor Legal Ltd to handle your claims, who are authorised by the FCA under Firm Reference Number 843886 . They are an independent company who operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, so are always on hand to deliver fantastic customer service.

As part of The Green Insurer’s partnership, they will plant a tree for every vehicle they hire to a Green Insurer customer, and they will use green parts where possible when repairing your car.

With access to over 250,000 vehicles and 170 British Standard Repairers throughout the UK, they can provide you with the following services:

• Replacement Vehicles
• Repair Allocation
• Repair Management
• Liability Defence
• Third Party Intervention
• Uninsured Loss Recovery

Uninsured loss recovery will only be provided if when there is a clear prospect of success. You will be advised if any services provided are outside of your insurance contract, as it will not be covered by the Financial Ombudsman Service. Lemonaid Motor Legal Ltd are independent of The Green Insurer, so any issues with the hire car and/or repairs will be handled by them. Should any other parties that are involved in the accident dispute the claim, you may be liable for any costs incurred.
