The waiting is over, and The Green Insurer is now officially open for business aiming to help drivers reduce their carbon footprint and reward them for green driving.

In order to be completely honest with our customers, regulator and the press, we want to highlight some risks which exist in our model, where the carbon offsets we are trying to make may not happen as we want.

We feel that it is only right that we justify to you why we feel confident in making the claim the be The Green Insurer and genuinely do what we say.

The Green Insurer’s vision to give customers an option to buy green insurance easily. By entering into the B Corp certification process we holding ourselves to the highest standard.

The Green Insurer’s purpose is: The Green Insurer exists to help people to drive a vehicle, own or rent somewhere to live or travel whilst minimised the harm they do to our earth.
